A GOOD MORTGAGE COMPANY IS HARD TO FIND; HOWEVER, WHEN YOU DO FIND ONE, YOU WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW ABOUT IT. SO HERE IT IS. HAPPY INVESTMENTS,INC. HAPPY INVESTMENTS,INC. IS A RARE BREED OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY ARE A PROMPT,COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. WE HAD A VERY HARD TIME LOOKING TO REFINANCE AND TAKE EQUITY OUT OF OUR INVESTMENT PROPERTY. OUR SITUATION WAS A DIFFICULT ONE. BUT, SUNNY, OUR BROKER, TOLD US. "IF THEIR IS A MORTGAGE COMPANY OUT THERE FOR YOU, I WILL FIND IT"....... AND HE DID!
