My bad experience had to do with a delinquent payment that ended up on my credit report because I did not get their notice that went out to an old address. Granted, this is partially my fault fur not upsetting my address, but that is where I say they are difficult to work with. There is no way to update your address online. In fact, you have to email them requesting a form that you have to fill out and mail in. Furthermore, While they did not have my mailing address, they did have my email. There is no reason they couldn't have emailed me notifying me that of the delinquency before they reported it to the credit bureau.I contacted them and asked them for leniency in this matter in light of these circumstances, but they did not care. I plan to terminate my business with them as soon as possible.
