They do ok but recently I messaged them on face book and told them I needed to redirect the package and told them the address and when they finally delivered it it still went to the address it wasn't ment to go to then I messaged them again and they said that it's already delivered and by my thinking they didnt wanna get it again and so I believe they dont pass the whole message on to the delivery guy and he end up delivering it to the wrong address in hasting hawk'sbay so iv just lost $100 on that package and have given up on it
