I agree with the other reviews. This company is the worst I have ever worked with. They charge astronomically high late fees and are not willing to work with you on anything. Over the years we tried to ask for a bit of relief during the recession with our payments and late fees and they were not willing to budge one inch. After years of dealing with them, I hope I never have to hear their name again. They borderline on harassment and really are unbearable to work with. All they care about is getting their money!
