Paid my vehicle off over a month ago. They forgot to send the lein release to my house. Called them over a week ago, they stated they forgot and that they would send immediately. Still waiting on the lein release back. I wouldn't deal with these people again. It is stated in other reviews that they are professional, I have never received that vibe from my time working with them. (Over 2 years). My vehicle loan has now been removed from my credit report. This has been over 3 years ago at this point.

Very friendly crew. I've recommended a few friends to them. I wish online payments and balance checks were an option, but overall a great place to do my loan business.

I have used Heartland for several loans and they have always been accomodating. Even when we got stationed out of the area they made it easy to make payments over the phone so we were on time. The ladies are always pleasant and professional.

Everyone of the staff is super amazing always happy outgoing and helpful makes you feel welcome no matter the day thwy may be having i would recommend them to anyone the are the best of the best!!!!!
