This place has been with me since I was a kid. I look at all the negative reviews posted below, and i cant understand why this place would get a bad review. All the way from the top this place is and always has been solid. They couldn't pay me to leave and go somewhere else, I truly mean that. As for the staff I work with 1 person, and 1 person only "Joel" hes told me no and hes told me yes. Hes done more for me then just tell me to save money, or cash a check, or open a savings account. He took the time to get to know me and continues to go above and beyond to make sure i never feel like a forgotten member of this bank. Now on to management. They say it starts at the top. Kathy the president leads by example, she takes time to get to know her members as well. She also works as a teller on occasion and has personally cashed checks of mine. I had a concern with my account a couple months back and Instead of a manager calling to handle the concern she called me personally. Again leading by example is not taken lightly with Kathy.Bottom Line is this. If you are looking for a Credit Union that will get to know you on a personal level, go above and beyond just taking and storing your money. This is the place to be. Anyone that says otherwise is crazy wrong. Thanks to everyone at Heartland that has made my experience great.
