Sent my check to an address I’ve NEVER used then charged me $30 to reissue it... looks like they are working hard to penny and dime anyone they can.

Been processing payments with Heartland for almost 2 years. Overnight our rates were doubled with no notice. Been trying to get help for a week to no avail. Suggestion: don't do business with Heartland. There are plenty of other processors who would be happy for your business.

Liars! They make all sorts of promises. I chose them because they told me about all the HR services and forms that they would give me. Lies. Supposedly they have those forms. You get access to them a MONTH after you need them. So you get a job application template AFTER your first payroll is processed. Your employee handbook a MONTH after you need it.It’s all a scam. Don’t believe a word they say. They tell lies.

I get calls daily from other providers, but it Heartland has been a great company to do business with so I'm sticking with them!

I have been in the restaurant business since the late 50's. I have been with Heartland since I started accepting card payments. I have never once had a rate increase or any issues other than some equipment changes as needed but my local rep always took care of that since he is a long time patron as well. Great company and group of people her in Oklahoma!

I love this company. Everything their sales rep said it would be and more. My Wife and I are happy we made the choice to go with Heartland.

My Wife and I run a small furniture business and we needed to get with the program for this new credit card technology. A Heartland Rep approached us one afternoon and describe how Heartland could help our business grow while being secured. The credit card rate he quoted was in my opinion.... fair. He was very detailed and covered all cost involved. I liked this cause we had another processor try to pull some underhanded moves on us which ended up costing my Wife and I more than we bargained for. Heartland is fair in pricing and I like the fact we have a local rep just around the corner. We expect to be with Heartland for many years... thank you.

Ovation never returns my wife's calls. Nor, do they respond to me.So, I fired them and went with Paychex Payroll Services.Still, a month after the fact, they continue to dip into my bank account to help themselves to funds for services not provided. And now, because we cancelled and went with Paychex, we are being debited for not generating a payroll check.We're going to social media, and local news outlets.Very disappointed with their sub-par service.

The worst business service experience I have had since opening my coffee shop 4 years ago. The sales representative directly lied to me multiple times. He said he wasn't signing me up for service and then proceeded to anyways. I received equipment in the mail a week later and returned it to sender. I called the company to cancel my account that I didn't sign up for and it was not cancelled. A couple days later they started pulling money out of my bank account. I had to change my bank accounts and make 8 phone calls to cancel this service I didn't sign up for. Customer Service reps guaranteed the money would be reimbursed and promised phone calls back. That never happened. This company cost me my time, piece of mind and over $160 within the first two weeks. Did I mention the sales representative showed up to my shop with his "boss" obviously intoxicated and proceeded to be disrespectful to me and my employees days before the equipment showed up. Yep, that happened too.
