I applied for an auto loan over the phone, asked when I would hear back and they said by the end of the day or the following morning and now 4 days later I call them to find out I didn't get the loan. I was very disappointed that it took that long and I didn't even get an explanation of why I got rejected. She just said "looks like you didn't get it, bye." If you are going to try them out, good luck.
