Helcim customer service has always been fabulous. Call the help / send an email and get a real person. That real person patiently figures out what the problem is from my imperfect description of symptoms, then that real person solves the problem - no handoffs, no music on hold, no deflecting the problem back to me. If the problem cannot be solved then-and-there, they confirm customer contact information and let you go - they do the running around, and they get back to you within hours with a solution or with a target date/time. And they get back to you on that date/time (+/-). This on top of the best rates going. And they are Canadian (although the actual processor is Elavon out of the US).
