Lana is very experienced and appears to have solid knowledge of accounting, however, she and her office are completely unreliable and communication is terrible. We are a newer business and we were looking for assistance in building a solid foundation for our accounting. The initial consultation was great, but follow-up communication was the worst I've ever seen in a professional business. We literally had to resort to threats to get an email answered or a phone call returned. We ultimately parted ways because we could not trust that payroll, sales taxes, and other critical tasks would actually be completed as promised. We really wanted things to work out, but communication is key, and that was completely lacking with Hendrickson and Associates.
