I could not have asked for a better experience. We were first time home buyers who had been pre approved through a different lender but it felt as thought we meant nothing to them. It would take days for a response and it was just awful. As soon as we got referred to Heritage I was called by Todd. He was incredible from the start. Extremely personable and helpful. We closed on our home today and cannot thank Todd and his team enough for making this happen for us!!!! Will never go anywhere else and will refer everyone I know to them!!!
