This is one of the best Hertz Car rental places you will find in and around Shertz/UC/Cibolo. Amanda (one of the managers) is freaking awesome. We took a trip to Iowa with a Caravan. I dinked the rear bumper during that 4000+mile trip. Did I get charged 500+ for a new bumper? Nope, Less than 300 bones for said dink in the bumper. Amanda is awesome. If you rent here? I really hope you get to rent from Amanda. She is just awesome.

this place is terrible poor service and customer skills.they donot let you know the things youneed to rent a car. Then they get mad when you dont buy their insurance. the car they rented us smells bad and hasnot been washed. i would not refer anyone to this place.

The process at hertz could not be easier. Patrick Blake was our salesman. They have the best prices in town and the staff were very friendly. We visited two other dealers this day (Cavender Toyota and McCombs west ford). They had best prices and kindest staff. No pushy salesman here!

Spare yourself a bad experience and avoid this place at all costs. Believe it. Any positive reviews should be automatically suspect as my one-off experience shows that these people are not only not professionals, they have no idea what it means to be in the business of selling cars or going through even the most basic of motions to attract customers.. May everyone who works for this place be cursed to walk this earth for all eternity.

My daughter just bought her first car by herself today. This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! Everybody we dealt with was just incredible but especially our salesman David Drumm. Thank you all for making one young woman so proud and happy, thanks for all the hugs also!!

The absolute best selection and prices for cars. It was well worth it to drive there to purchase the vehicle I wanted. The same vehicle here was 2,000 more!
