I knew I needed a new van, but kept putting it off because I was terrified of getting a lemon and being stuck with it. I came across a listing for a 2003 van in Pottsville with only 28,000 miles on it that was within my budget, and looked good in the pictures. I had to struggle with my loan officer at the bank because she was convinced it was a scam. I hadn't even seen the van yet, but several conversations with Keith, the owner, convinced me that he was a genuine, straight forward human being. I am glad I trusted my intuition, because the loan was approved and the sale went smoothly, and I got a clean, odor-free and inspected, solid van. The attention to detail was obvious in preparing the van. After I bought it, I took it to my mechanic, because everyone said "that is too good to be true" and had a complete safety inspection done. The mechanics told me I got the deal of a lifetime. Everything was new or like new...brakes, tires, upholstery, everything. If I ever need another vehicle (not very likely) I know where I am going, or sending my friends. Best car buying experience, ever.
