Overall Feedback:

These guys are crooks. Claim they have an auto-renewing contract, take money without permission, even going so far as to change their company name so they could get around a bank block I'd placed. They lie about fees, lie about rates, lie about contract, there isn't one good thing to say about them. Avoid them at all costs. Arin will look you right in your eye and lie to your face. Done with them.
