Awful service. Just returned a car and was given a mammoth bill for very minor issues. Never before have I seen this. Utter crooks.

Very poor service and very unprofessional, credit control don't do credit control at all and I would strongly advise any business to stay well clear of this company. You get charged interest after 90 days but they don't chase any outstanding debt. Can't answer any questions you may have regarding the debt and in general they are a nightmare to deal with.

this company offer a extremely bad service. They don't care about their customers. They don't respond to letters or emails, they break customer promises and lie to get rid of you. I've written to them a number of times and I'm still awaiting a response. I hen you do get a response it doesn't address the questions raised. Stay clear of anything Hitachi related - Bad news!!!
