This place is a joke, if I could give no stars I would. Waste of time and money. Tell you things will be fixed and then go back on their word when questioned on it. I signed up in February and the guy told me it should be fixed in 3 months. When I called in July to cancel they were “hopeful” it would really be fixed by October. Still nothing and they ALWAYS argue with me about it. They were only able to get 2 medical marks removed, which are the easiest and I paid them as much as the medical bills were so essentially it was completely pointless. I have always had to wait 15-30 minutes when I initially call to speak to a live person. Their excuse was “they have a lot of customers” well so does AT&T, Chase, literally any other company you can think of and I have never had to wait over 10 minutes to talk to a real person. I’m telling the person that recommended me this service that it is a joke and people can completely do the things they are paying this company for themselves.
