Their mortgage company slapped an extra 600 dollar a year hazard insurance on my mortgage. Sleazy.

These guys were helpful in getting a mortgage for our home a couple years ago. They were knowledge and helped us find a good interest rate. I've had to really watch and make sure my extra principle payments went to principle. When I caught it they were quick to fix it. They are based out of Seattle. My major complaint is they just sold our mortgage to a different really large company. That's within their right, but not something they were upfront about. So now I'll have to work with a new company. That's not local. Just be aware that's a possibility and maybe it'd be easier to work with your bank.
