Sharon, the "branch manager" exhibits the level of professionalism and competence usually reserved for managers with GEDs. Perfect example of why to not drink the Webster water. Do yourself a favor and drive up to Leominster or Auburn, and avoid major blundering.

If basic math skills, such as counting and adding are not priorities for you- and you enjoy the uncertainty and unpredictability of inconsistent policies, sign up for one of their incredibly low interest accounts, you'll be losing money in no time! If you are looking for a bank that isn't located outside of the Webster zone- where you will constantly be charge ATM fees and penalties this is the place for you! Fan of businesses that constantly raise their fees, while giving nothing back to the customer? Head on down to Hometown "bank" - where you will be overcome with incompetence, rudeness, and confusion!
