By far the worst people to do ANY financial business with!!! I still can’t believe the way they operate!! How is it that I’ve paid each of my 33 payments each month, no late fees, and they are saying I owe them and additional $500 for reasons they can’t even explain to me. I called to pay to off my account and was told I couldn’t be cause I owed additional financing charges? How? I was told he didn’t know by the person on the phone! So technically they are illegally holding my title for paid for merchandise because they want more money than my contract stipulates! Please ask for ANY other finance company if you have ANY other options! Where is my *** Title???
