I switched my credit card processing over to Host Merchant Services a few months ago. They were able to lower my rates that I was paying each month and save me a significant amount of money. Allison is my rep and has been extremely helpful and professional. She made the transition from my old processor a very smooth one. I've also called into their support team a couple of times and have always had my questions answered quickly. I'd recommend this processor to anyone who is sick of the huge companies who charge crazy rates and put you on hold for 30 minutes when you need help. This company actually knows me by my name, and I couldn't be happier.
