Worst Bank ever haven’t had it open not even a month and I can’t cash my checks I have to wait 7 days before they can be cleared. How ridiculous is that, I can’t even close the account I have because I’m not the primary holder. I guess joint account means nothing, only the primary holder can remove me or close the account. What the heck this bank serves me no purpose just crazy and ridiculous. Not to mention their site is terrible, was locked out. My personal info was not added correctly when I opened the account so bank was unable to help me over the phone. In order for them to correct that, I have to once again show proof of my identity and take that to the bank. Never again will I ever step foot into this place. If you need fast cash and I mean your checks cashed ASAP without the wait you gotta at least be a member for 90 days. I don’t recommend this hot mess at all.
