They are very unprofessional.I get you have to make a profit but at least give people good value for their items.But they survive off drug addicts.So if you have a stolen item in brockton make sure you stop here.Other wise do business else where .There are far better places in the area .

Phil owns that wonderful place. I am always greeted by name and all the staff is so helpful. He gives excellent deals and his loans are higher across the board if you need cash...he never tries to swindle you. I have to say his place is much more competitive thank any other shops around. For specific things like jewelry, computer, TV and all kinds of gaming? He makes walmart look hi-end financially speaking. Always shop here ladt you'll get blown away by the low prices. And all electronics and stuff are super current.

Very rude and unprofessional people. They offer way less than pawn shop value. I called ahead of coming in and they hung up on me. Items in store look like trash. They must keep the good stuff for themselves. Guess they only want to do business with drug addicts. Don't know class when they see it. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. STAY AWAY.

I've never had a bad experience in this place until today. The guy I usually do business with wasn't in. And I spoke to a women about a loan on my 40 inch flat screen. Which Is currently selling retail for $300. She offered me $30. Are you kidding me? Not all of your customers are on drugs! Bad for business!!!

I have been a customer of Ideal for several years now and its not the people its the business, look at what they deal with! So it is expected to be looked up and down but rude, never...not once. They have always been nothing but professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
