I absolutely love the Westheimer location for ILoveKickboxing. I kept seeing ads and had wanted to try it out for over a year, but life was so busy. I had my first class in October of 2017 and instantly fell in love! Not only is the work out fantastic (and actually fun!) all of the coaches are amazing. They make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door, they take the time to get to know you by name, they take the time to learn about you so they can help motivate you and push you towards success positively, and in just a short time they feel like friends/second family. In what feels like no time at all, I already feel myself getting stronger and building stamina. Not to mention losing weight and building confidence! Each work out is different, so the class never feels boring. I so wish I had started sooner, ILoveKickboxing is amazing!
