Overall Feedback:

Do not do business with this company ever - lots of promises that aren't delivered. We was quoted one very low price and then surprise surprise - my rate was nowhere near what they promised. There were tons of extra fees, padded fees, and our costs were way higher than Mike Nelson disclosed. Don't trust them!
