Where to begin. I got a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved to refinance my car loan. I give them a call and at this point, I am dealing with a Jayleen Moss. I quickly gathered all the documents he needed from me and sent them over. Within a few days, he lets me know i was approved but there was an issue with my Social Security which the lender cannot move forward with. I said it was okay to leave my son in law on the new loan, which he said was possible and he would give me a call back as soon as he explored more options. I emailed him and called him for about 2 weeks, and i never heard back from him. I called their office 3 times, and i was told "oh yeah, Jayleen should be giving you a call in a few minutes." I never received any call from him, of course. So I call back, now I am dealing with a Jeff. His excuse for their horrible service was "Jayleen just had a baby and is on leave." Well, their office never mentioned that the 3 previous times I had called. Nonetheless, Jeff said we could leave my son in law on the loan, he would wait for the lender to get back to him and let me know when he had an answer. I had to call Jeff about 3 times as well before he picked up and said "the lender couldn't approve your son in law therefore we cannot move forward at this point." Mind you, I trusted Jayleen from the beginning because he painted everything so perfect. I kept insisting I needed someone to give me a call back as my car payment was due and I wasn't sure if the refinance process had been finalized. It took them about 3 weeks to say nothing could be done. All I have to say is the people that work for this company are very unprofessional. It should not take 3 weeks to give the customer a definite answer. I'm not too sure what exactly the problem was as I have refinanced my vehicle with another company who did their job within 1 business day. Had I known, I would have explored my refinancing options with other companies.
