We applied for a loan and all we got was the runaround. We called multiple times and was given instructions on how to help ourselves get approved. Waited 2 weeks for a phone call and we finally called after hearing nothing from Sherry only to be denied. I wish she would’ve been up front with us instead of making us think she was going to do everything in her power to get us approved. Now, we have a hard credit check on our report with nothing to show for it.
