Just my experience. So I was looking over this company's website and under the loan section of their website 2 things stuck out to me, "We provide loans from $50,000 to $250,000" and "If you are tired of hearing “No” then give us a call." I'm thinking to myself why yes, I need $50,000 and why yes, I'm tired of hearing no as well! So I called and spoke with Steve and within 5 minutes I was told we don't "typically" give loans for under $200,000 and you have to be able to make the loan amount given, a month, plus 20%. I was rushed off the phone and he didn't seem real personal.
