When I called I stated that I had started a business in January of 2017, am completely clueless, and needed help filing for my first quarter's sales taxes, as well as help to understand how the process works. The receptionist first responded "uuuuuuuuuh...okay......silence" and then stated she doesn't know how to help me with that and that "the company only helps clients." Whatever that means. I assume if I am calling to pay for a service, I would be considered a client? She was either completely clueless of what I was asking about or really rude.
