I have been a member with this credit union since 1996 and they are fabulous. I visit mainly the Bristol and Langhorne locations and everyone is always friendly. I’m not just a member I am family.

Langhorne location does not have the best customer service. Waiting for 30 minutes to open a new account, then left at. Was not impressed for being such a new bank. I hope the board of directors read these.

To the Chairman of the Board I wanted to just take the time to say thank you for explaining everything to me and why some extra the was needed to put this complex agreement together, I didn't realize just how complex this was and in doing so how you try to protect the borrower and myself, so thank you again.

Awsome best bank ive been 2.. Very friendly..i have no problem getting them on the phone lol like other comment said...and getting help fixing my credit too which is nice other banks dont do that..
