I have been using ISS as my POS supplier for the last 10years. They are very personable and never leave me feeling like a "dummy" for not understanding tech-talk. They respond immediately to any concerns and have shipped me replacement equipment within 2 days when needed or even drove to my business the next day, when urgent care was needed. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair, although I do hate it when the payment industry decides it needs to update software or equipment because computer needs are not cheap!
