I was very disappointed with the service received and ended up terminating my contract and going with another company to sell my business. Poor communication continued throughout with little or no updates on progress.Whilst they advertise 'dynamic marketing' we saw no evidence of this. We were advised their marketing manager had left and to us it appeared they had a significant lack of understanding of social media advertising as became evident in our discussions. Basically they advertised our business on standard business sales sites and waited to see what happens.When I complained I found them defensive and in my opinion wanted to wash their hands of our engagement as they had pocketed their substantial initial payment. We have noticed a massive improvement by moving to an alternative sales company.I really regret the money I spent on Intelligent Business and I will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman.
