Interim is a great opportunity in many respects. The 1:1 care and getting to know the families on a personal level is nice. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual hustle and bustle of healthcare. The management is great. Definitely caring with both clients and staff. The only downside is families can be very particular and difficult to please. If you get a case where you mesh with the family, you’re golden. If you don’t, it’ll be a struggle. This in no way reflects on Interim as a company, as this is true of any home health job. Interim Healthcare, in my experience, is superior to any other home health agency in terms of employment, manners, and concern for client well being. Good job Interim!!
