I used to work for International Bancard and really enjoyed my time here. A positive and team oriented work environment where employees are valued and celebrated for their achievements. A company that lives by their core values! I truly miss IB and wish them the very best in the coming years!

Rates were always higher than they promised. Extra hidden fees. I referred 20 companies and they never closed one. When I closed both of my accounts they said only 1 would have a fee but they charged $199 for both. Charged me for pci compliance for 11 months I would never use. Huge turn over in account managers and they would never make follow up calls. Why even have one?Multiple answers and promises that were never kept. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with

I was introduced to International Bancard after becoming an agent for Financial Education Services. When I referred a business for the first time, I received a lot of assistance in setting up my account. I don't regret forming a partnership with International Bancard to begin processing payments because I didn't need to hire a marketing agency to promote my business. Set up training was provided as well as other important items such as PCI compliance.

I've been working at International Bancard for almost 6 yrs now and I absolutely love it! Great environment and I have the pleasure of working with people that literally work non-stop, amazing work ethics. It's also rare to be able to work and have fun!

International Bancard is one of the worst employers.There is obviously a reason the Marketing department has 0 turn down rate! They have a wonderful marketing director unlike the Finance department! I will not mention names in this review, but your Controller is a complete psychopath she requires doctor attention . The Accounting Manager is a complete trash she has a very terrible attitude! She drives over 100 miles to get to work what a loser!! If you`re looking for an employment in the marketing department go for it, you will love it because they are awesome. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND you to work in their Finance department because they will turn you into a robot who only does work and never talks. They will also treat you very badly.This message to whoever is going to reply to this review.Please do not give me a phone number to call & do not apologize for the mess that is happening at your organization everyday. Start firing the people who are showing your organization in a very bad picture.

Very sketchy and pushy little corporation. They are leasing two little rooms from bedrock to operate and do their daily sales call and harass customers. BE CAREFUL DO NOT USE THEM THEY CHARGE $599 FOR EARLY TERMINATION FEE. IF YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER PROCESSOR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $599 FOR EARLY TERMINATION FEE AND SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS. THEY ALSO CHARGE 34.95 FOR PCI EVERY MONTH ON THE TOP OF THEIR MONTHLY PROCESSING FEES. THEY ARE RIDICULOUS AND VERY UNTRUEST WORTHY. BE VERY CAREFUL. READ THE FINE PRINTS.
