I have received exceptional customer service from the entire team at intouch Finance Albury, and specifically from Claire. At all times in this process I felt that the team was working in my best interest, the professionalism shown by everyone in the team was refreshing and a great testament to the organisation. Whilst overall buying a new home is stressful, Claire and the team made me feel like no question was ridiculous (and I had a few moments where the team made feel that it was ok to be stressed and that they were there to support me). I never once felt pressured by Claire and the team to make decisions until I was completely comfortable, and they answered everything that I asked without judgement. The services that intouch Finance offer are second to none, and they understand there role in the whole process. They worked with the legal firm and the bank to make this as stress free as possible (no easy task). The personal touches that make you feel valued and special did not go unnoticed, and the welcome to your new home flowers were a bonus. Claire and the team have continued the relationship beyond settlement with the bank, and have continued to provide a level of service that is world class. I cannot thank Claire and all of the team at intouch Finacne Albury, and I would personally recommend this dedicated team of professionals to anyone that may be in need of financially services, I know that I will certainly be using the services of intouch Finance in the future.
