This company receives a poor rating on the basis that their customer service is very poor. As an 'approved accountant',I was expecting a lot more help to cover QuickBooks, however, I received very little to no help. My conclusion: They are a sales company. This means they focus on securing customers or accountants, then, once the deal is sealed, queries with their system, become your problem. My advice: If you are a customer that is looking for an accountant, it is best to pay for someone who can provide you with evidence that they have the qualifications and experience to help you comply with accounting law.

Beware of a fraud, the money from my bank account has been taken two times. Support is not resolving issue same as technical team does't know what to do. No refund, no money for two months! Avoid this company services especially QuickBooks!

Oh my God. Such a faulty rubbish system. It is overly complicated and doesnt do the basic things without fault! had it for 2 years , enough!

Currently using Quickbooks Pro 2014 desktop version and every time i try to send an invoice or an estimate to a customer quickbooks crashes me out and i have to restart. Been having this fault now for 4 weeks and they still dont have a fix. They say the problem is across all of the Quickbooks desktop versions and they dont know when there will be a fix it is just not on. There has been a clear push towards making everyone go online and i guess they just dont care about the desktop users enough to fix the issue dont by this product as it is at the moment.
