I have worked with Janet on accounts ranging form Condominiums to Governmental accounting, audit, independent quarterly reviews and personal tax preparation. So my husband and I inquired about her services for tax return. We were told to come in and she would then give us a price. We came in. Asked about 3 times what is the fee. "Oh I will tell you in a minute," she expressed. While in the meantime she is doing our taxes and submitted it and put an invoice in our faces for $275! Tax return people. We typically pay $150 tops. And for what she did I could have done myself for zero! I don't like the unknowing. However, she was a nice lady. But that doesn't compensate for her expensive fee just to file taxes. Never again - no thanks!
