I would avoid banking here if at all possible. They are very slow and all their technology is 4 to 5 years behind other credit unions. I would recommend Mountain America or even one of the big evil banks like Chase over Jordan CU.

Helpful employees - check. Friendly employees - CHECK. Nice location - check. (Though I do wish their parking lot wasn't always crowded.) I like going to this branch. Some places you go to, it feels like you're inconveniencing them when you walk in, but these guys always seem happy to help!

This is hands-down my favorite location. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by friendly faces (even when they're busy!) They know most of their regulars by name too. I always enjoy it when I enter a business that I frequent and the employees know me by name. Not necessarily a huge issue if they don't, but it just makes you feel good :) The staff have always treated me in a very professional manner and when I leave, I never feel as though my needs haven't been met. I've banked with several larger banks in the past and they always feel so impersonal and distant when you do business with them. Looking for a bank where the employees actually care? Try this one!
