I recently worked with Joe Jasaitis on the sale of my Father's house in Manasquan. What started out as a relatively easy real estate transaction became a more complicated transaction when my Father passes away while under contract to sell the house. Joe helped me navigate from operating with Power-of-Attorney to Executor of my Dad's estate. His insight and advice during a difficult transition alleviated a great deal of stress and ultimately the sale of the house was delayed only 9 days due to the change.Over the years I have moved a number of times, selling my home each time and not once did my closing come off as scheduled.
