I did not want to part ways with my wedding rings, but these guys made it very easy for me. Not only were they pleasant and courteous, they are loads of fun and kept me laughing.They also offered me more than I wanted. A very satisfied customer

This is a very nice place. The two owners/men that worked there are extremely nice and understanding. They are also willing to work with you, but you have to do your part as well. Definitely a place that’s not trying to scam you or anything. If I ever need to visit again I definitely will. Forever thankful for their help.

I have had the pleasure of conducting business with this establishment for many years. They carry beautiful jewelry and do great jewelry repair work. The Manager, Robertor C. is wonderful to work with. He's fair, honest and provides exceptional customer service in a world where it's almost non-existent. His pleasant, outgoing and friendly manner makes you feel right at home. He makes you feel beter when you have a jewelry "oops" and has a way of bringing calm to the situation. I found an 1865 “love dime” among a loose change collection that belonged to my father. We learned that love coins were a popular gift that were given to a beloved during the 19th century. The coin was engraved on the tails side with the initials of the beloved. The coin in my fathers collection contained initials that matched those of my son’s fiancé. For the wedding, I wanted the dime to be cleaned up and set into a bezel and made into a necklace for my new daughter-in-law. Roberto helped me get the coin polished, the engraving made more crisp, selected a lovely bezel with a rope effect and found a necklace that offsets the entire piece beautifully. My dad passed away before my son met his fiancé, but is as if he left this coin in his collection especially for her. I would trust Roberto and J & S Exchange for any other special jewelry work I needed done. Awesome!

My husband passed away and had pawned quite a bit. As I could not afford to claim pawn, I let it go. A month or two later I received a handwritten letter (as if people do that anymore!) from J&S addressed to my husband from Roberto showing great concern about the lack of communication from my husband, not with concern about pawn but concern about him personally! Hoping everything was okay and that he was okay! After I read the letter, I realized Roberto really cared and with that I picked up the phone and called him, just to make him aware that my husband had passed and I couldn't afford the pawn. He was taken off guard about what transpired in the past few months, offered his sincere condolences, and was so understanding that it made me feel bad that I couldn't pay the pawn. Roberto knew my wedding ring was in pawn and I asked him if I could somehow work out a payment with him. He said come in and he would see what he could do. Little did I know that after he talked with the owners of J&S and made them aware of the situation, Roberto handed me my wedding ring and said to me, "it's the right thing to do." With that I proceeded to cry because I was so touched by their kindness! As I went through my husband's things, needless to say J&S was there for me and I hope they are there for a very long time! Thank you for caring!

Had my jewelry repaired here many times, including my engagement ring. I would trust no one else. Their workmanship is always the finest. The store is clean and the guys are friendly, helpful, and fair. They always have me walking out feeling like their best customer. I would refer family and friends here in a heartbeat!
