Client Review on Jupiter Pointe

BAR: Went there first time just for drinks and see the band. Took 45 minutes to get service. Every drink I ordered had to be sent back. Simple rum and coke...really?! Received first spiced rum second coconut rum and third time had lime and I said 5 times just a regular rum and coke, no fruit. My boyfriend ordered a bud light and got served a budweiser. Terrible service. I tried returning yet another coconut rum and was screamed at by the bartender who then yanked the cup out of my hand and was rude and we were told to leave. My boyfriend was shocked by the inability to make a simple drink and he had already paid the tab for something he was refused to be replaced. The service was the poorest I have ever experienced and far from what one would expect with the atmosphere. The staff are lazy and slow and extremely rude. We will never go back there.
