"Opening a bank accounts was never been so easy and fast" translates into one month of waiting, sending additional documents, completely outdated and mismatching information in every single brochures and instruction, an app that is full of bugs and a customer service that say "I can't help you as there are other clients on the phone"!! As a bonus point, my date of birth was wrong so each time I called they couldn't find me...
