The worst bank i ever had to deal with! Applied for a loan dealing back and forth as they kept on asking me for documentation. Then promising they will contact you shortly but never do so you have to chase them. Then calling again and they find banking issues when they aren't any and ask you for more proofs..! Had several loans over the years which I always paid back in full and never took me more than a week dealing with any branch..! Yeah your rates are low and so are your services! AVOID!
