Samantha Kelley and her team are top notch. Being a small business owner is hard enough without having to worry about taxes and the IRS. We had some very complicated tax issues when we decided to close our business. Samantha and her team have kept me and my husband out of financial ruin. Without her knowledge and professionalism I have no idea where we would have ended up financially (in a van down by the river probably!). She has been a blessing to my family and I cannot thank her enough for her excellent work. I highly recommend Kelley & Chulick. They are an amazing company!

Rick Chulick cost me thousands of dollars in overpaid taxes . His lack of integrity was evident when he wouldn't even reimburse me his fees when confronted with his mistake then they waited and filed too late to be reimbursed for overpayment of taxes for an amended return.

I feel so lucky to have found Sam Kelley. I started a small business in 2011 not knowing anything about accounting or Quickbooks or taxes. Sam helped me create the entire accounting infrastructure of my business. She taught me how to run Quickbooks, how to create an inventory, how to set up payroll for my employees, how to pay my state and city sales tax, and how to keep my books clean so that taxes are easy at the end of the year. I never thought I would love doing the accounting side of my business! This is all thanks to Sam. She is a gem of a person, you'll love her personality and I'm 100% confident she can meet anyone's accounting needs and beyond.
