I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service of Kensington Post Office. Having received a card in the mail that I should call in and pick up a parcel from there, I went in the same day. I was told that the parcel was not there. I went in a week later and another week later after that, I was assured "No Parcel for me". After a lot of trouble for me and the sender in China, the parcel arrived back there (in China today).WHAT AN APPALLING SERVICE!!!!
