I have been denied a loan by Keystone in the past. After the rejection of my application I understood that the product (loan) that Keystone offers in their advertising was not a fit for my credit situation at the time. That is not Keystone's fault.***They performed their duties impeccably.***People who don't understand that they need to find the right loan product will blame the rejection on Keystone. I have had one loan that I paid off and another that I started recently. The second loan application required some time because of my current credit situation but they managed to secure the funds I needed. If their product fits your situation and you get a loan, you will have ***nothing but stellar service from Keystone***.
