I have an auto loan here. They don't send statements, so you just have to write down all your account info and their contact info somewhere and hope you never lose it. If you need to call for any reason, it will take about 3 tries through the automated system to end up anywhere except a dead end of an automated message reading menu options in a loop. When you do figure out the magical button combo to get a person, it will be a long wait and a $15 "convenience fee" to do anything. If you want to pay any way except a check in the mail, there's a fee for that too. Just an all around broken experience that milks the customer for money at every turn.

I’m a disabled vet living in Kitsap County. About 8 years ago, I had to fully retire due to injuries recieved while serving in the Army. Needless to say, it was an EXTREME struggle to make ends meet during the year and a half it took for my benefits to kick in. Creditors across the nation were willing to work with me, so as to avoid too many negatives on my credit report. All of them were. Except one. Kitsap Credit Union, my friendly neighborhood bank basically told me to **** myself, and refused to even consider a sit down to discuss options.
