Tycker att chatten är under all kritik . ingen som svara när man skriver och därmed inga svar man få . känns som tanken är att man inte ska kunna nå er eller på något sätt kunna komma i kontakt med er . och något telefon nummer hitta man ju inte heller till er . alla banker i sverige har väl telefon support . utom tydligen ni då är det väl extra viktigt att vara aktiv och allert på den chatten som ni har . man ska ju inte behöva vänta halv timmar vis på att någon ska svara på en enkel fråga som ta 10 sekunder att besvara
