rude customer service. they get upset when you mention that the price is wrong & that they have to change it or go look for themself. twice already, last time i went i didn't receive my coupons that were printed with the receipt. she just placed them to the side & handed me my receipt.

I'm a big fan of Kmart since this is the last one ever existed in Oregon. It's a shame that we have lost our Kmart in Salem. So let's talk about this Kmart. The aisles were clean and organized. There weren't too much customers shopping on every aisles. I got the $25.00 Red Robin Gift Card and went up to pay for it. But there was one problem, the cashier asked me if she can detach the gift card that was sticking together in order to activate it. I'd be like ok fine with me. I couldn't believe it. It seems like she does not care. Overall, she's a nice person.

i.m unable to go in there having a complete and good customer experience. Always something thats not good. Staff needs to shape the store to be more user friendly and take their no word out of the stores vocabulary. In stead of imeadiately saying no try to be of help and service to your customer people. several times they,ve said they were out of something when they were not just because they felt too busy to wait on anyone. Just because that store will close down here doesnt mean K mart wont have any stores else where. Staff & Manager Do Your Job Period.

im surprised this place is still open, wrong price i even brought up the sign since i waited 10min and no one showed ( barely any customers), and the manager wanted to agured with me about it... it clearly stated what i was buying and she said its only for certain sizes... i told her to then make a new sign saying so, she rolled her eyes and walked away..
