Full of promises.was excepted for a small loan at Xmas.looking forward to getting grandkids present.got phone call 2 days before Xmas to say it had been refused when they told me it would be in my account before Xmas.i had previously had a loan which was fully paid back without problems.there full of crap.love to meet the person who decided they went giving me the loan which had passed

Never ever have i encountered such a prompt, polite and patient member of staff as "Greg", somewhere in the enquiries dept. His responses via email - all i can say is he is so fast i wish i could type as fast as him!!! A true asset to the company in every way. I hope he gets recognized and appreciated by the boss, he certainly should do. Thank you Greg for your patience, time, understanding and prompt replies. Amazing.
