Overall Feedback:
Been with Kohler Credit union for 3 or 4 years now and have had 2 checking accounts, 1 savings account, 2 personal loans, car loan, and a line of credit with them in that time.They are awesome and customer service has always been great.They did recently change their backend platform and have a newer online access experience, which isn't as nice as the national banks, but gets the job done no problem.My only ask of them would be that the debit cards they issue go to the new flat design that is becoming common, without the raised letters and numbers. Sounds petty, but their debit card is the only card I carry that isn't like that and it makes it hard on some of the newer minimalist wallet styles that expect the cards to slide in an out easily.
